Pemba Sherpa
Pemba Sherpa has been managing day-to-day flight operations since 2010. A native of Solukhumbu, he brings deep local knowledge of the Everest region and ensures every helicopter tour runs smoothly and safely.
Dawa Lama
Dawa Lama is one of our most experienced pilots with over 3,000 flight hours in the Himalayan region. He holds a Commercial Pilot License and specialises in high-altitude helicopter operations around Everest and Annapurna.

Sita Gurung manages all client communications and ensures every guest has a seamless booking experience. With her warm hospitality and fluent English, she is often the first point of contact for international visitors.
Ram Bahadur Thapa
Ram Bahadur Thapa serves as our chief ground guide, briefing guests before each helicopter tour and sharing his encyclopaedic knowledge of Himalayan geography, culture, and history. He has guided over 500 tours to Everest Base Camp.

Pasang Norbu Sherpa is our lead pilot with specialised training in mountain flying. Born in the Khumbu Valley, he grew up with a view of the very peaks he now flies over daily, bringing unmatched passion and skill to every flight.

Maya Tamang coordinates all tour logistics, from airport pickups to landing permits. Her friendly personality and deep understanding of client needs ensure every guest feels welcomed and well looked after throughout their journey.

Bikash Karki is responsible for all safety protocols and pre-flight checks. A certified aviation safety officer with 10 years of experience, he ensures every helicopter and crew member meets the highest international safety standards before each flight.
